Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MSOffice Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
- 2-4 years’ experience
- Expertise in a technical or functional area

Responsibilities
- Maintain and support contracting activities, including supplier contracts, customer contracts, and contracts with other business partners
- Handle signing, distribution, and filing of contracts (including amendments)
- Handle requests from internal clients for contracts and other contract data
- Maintain logs and records on contracting activity, including supporting technology applications adopted, such as Lexion and DocuSign
- Maintain and support corporate governance activities, including documentation of corporate action
- Handle requests from internal clients for corporate data, such as supporting Company in obtaining regulatory licenses such as loan licenses and payment services licenses, in the US and other countries
- Support Company in obtaining and maintaining third party relationships such as OEM franchises, and joint ventures
- Manage offsite storage of originals with third party providers, such as Iron Mountain
- Serve as administrative point of contact for third parties, such as billing point of contact for external law firms, franchisee updating point of contact for OEM franchisors, and scheduling point of contact for external trade associations
- Receive, assess, and route communications from third parties, such as law firm invoices, OEM data requests, and trade association events, initiatives, and other projects
- Liase between third parties and Holman functions and business units where necessary or appropriate
- Handle highly sensitive personal and business information, including personal financial statements and data, and business financial statements and data for Holman owners and senior leaders
- Coordinate discovery responses and gather and organize relevant materials from internal and external sources
- Prepare responses to demand letters, indemnification requests and subpoenas in collaboration with internal counsel, dealerships and other personnel
- Manage Holman litigation database and docket
- Develop and maintain reporting on activities described above
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
