Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems, data analytics, or digital operations.
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or a similar platform required.
- Proven ability to lead complex data- or application-driven solutions across business units.
- Prior experience with financial services or regulatory environments is a strong plus.
- Expert knowledge of Palantir Foundry and its components.
- Proficient in SQL, PySpark, and other relevant data technologies.
- Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance best practices.
- Experience in developing data-driven solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectively.
- Experience in project management, Scrum methodology of Transaction Monitoring System implementations in Risk and/or Compliance area.
- Proven record collaborating with international and remote/hybrid team.
- Experience handling external audit/regulatory examinations.
- Great communication, analysis, and presentation skills. Should be able to work closely with business to understand business priorities and requirements.
- Proven experience translating requirements to viable design, ability develop and test solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point person for business-aligned Foundry application development within enterprise systems.
- Drive delivery of user-facing applications, dashboards, and workflows using Foundry tools (e.g., Workshop, Slate, Code Workbooks, Contour).
- Align use case development with business objectives, data availability, and compliance requirements.
- Translate operational and reporting needs into well-scoped applications and iterative solutions.
- Partner closely with business users, product owners, and domain leads to understand requirements and validate outcomes.
- Coordinate with architects and engineering teams to align on data models and ensure integrations, but you will not own platform or infrastructure architecture.
- Configures UI and UX changes to end-user applications (in collaboration with BAs and even end-users directly).
- Creates dashboards for any emerging business needs.
- Ideates new functionalities and improvements to the tool.
- Manage Ontology data model in collaboration with data engineering and business owners.
- Support testing, rollout, and user onboarding for enterprise applications.
- Monitor solution performance, collect feedback, and manage iterative improvements.
- Maintain solution documentation, including logic, workflows, and user support materials.
- On occasion, be willing to participate in coding portions of the data pipelines in Palantir.
- Ensure solutions comply with internal governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Participate in planning forums and enterprise reviews to ensure alignment with broader digital strategy.
- Oversee the testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Use Palantir’s analytical tools to demonstrate data quality and architecture as well as lead analytical investigations for data projects.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
