Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience working in pharmaceutical or life sciences automation technology.
- Practical experience operating DeltaV DCS systems alongside Syncade MES platforms and various PLCs including Allen-Bradley and Siemens models.
- Ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge of GMP guidelines as well as validation and cybersecurity principles.
- Understanding of industrial networks along with virtualization and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and optimization tasks for DeltaV DCS systems alongside Syncade MES systems, FactoryTalk, and PLC automation systems.
- Verify system compliance with GMP standards and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations according to industry requirements.
- Resolve system problems while reducing downtime to maintain seamless production operations.
- Improve system performance through collaboration with Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing teams to strengthen system integration.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and validation protocols.
- Educate team members about OT best practices while providing system usage support.
