Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with PhD, Will consider HS+16 years of experience
  • Related industry certifications that indicate OT/ICS experience/expertise
  • Requires IAT Level II certification
  • Requires CSSP-Analyst certification
  • Must be knowledgeable of OT cybersecurity best practices, threat landscape, and mitigation strategies in SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, and other industrial automation systems
  • Must have a strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, Spanning Tree, etc.), network design principles, knowledgeable of SCADA system architecture and operation, and familiarity with protocols commonly used in industrial environments (Modbus, Profibus, DNP 3, etc.)
  • Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain Polygraph and MEAD
  • Must be able to surge support and travel
  • U.S Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

  • Provide the technical leadership and direction in implementing enterprise information/data management practices related to Operational Technology and Critical Infrastructure
  • Responsible for leading and engaging in Operational Technology and Critical Infrastructure management, including the enterprise information architecture, information models and flows, data dictionaries, data standards, and data quality standards and processes
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the logical enterprise information architecture that enables seamless information interoperability of systems from transaction systems, document management systems and information delivery systems for Operational Technology and Critical Infrastructure
  • Evaluate/assess security and compliance within a manufacturing or industrial environment, such as power plants, water supply systems, and manufacturing plants
  • Select, deploy, and configure network devices (taps, sensors, data diodes, etc.)
  • Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate with other engineering teams to maintain system integrity
  • Provide any required documents to the assessment team for site reports
  • Provide overarching guidance to the assessment team to ensure OT cybersecurity actions are reliable and do not hinder site safety or functionality
  • Review and approve assessment team reports as required
  • Travel is expected.

Preferred Qualifications

  • IAT Level III certification
  • SANS GICSP/ GRID or CISSP
