Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- ACGME accredited residency training in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Responsibilities
- Work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience
- Split time with the Utah Valley Hospital Orthopedic Trauma Services team
- Practice from Utah Valley Hospital and Utah Valley Orthopedic Clinic in Provo, Utah
- Manage weekday orthopedic trauma hospital shifts, with unrestricted night, weekend, and holiday hospital call
- Support the hospital in moving from a level II trauma center to a level I trauma designation
Preferred Qualifications
- Special interest in teaching/academics to support new medical school at Brigham Young University
