Requirements
- 1–2 years of healthcare experience required (dental or orthodontic strongly preferred)
- Experience presenting treatment plans, ideally in ortho or specialty dental settings
- Comfortable discussing procedures, clinical timelines, and financial obligations with patients
- Knowledge of insurance verification, benefits coordination, and billing practices
- Experience with dental practice software (Dentrix a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication skills — both written and verbal
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mobile environment
- Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about patient-first service
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to various studios within your local market
Responsibilities
- Be the warm and welcoming face of the orthodontic experience — whether in-person or virtually
- Own the full check-in and check-out process with professionalism and empathy
- Travel locally within the market to support orthodontic consultations, follow-ups, and treatment starts across studios
- Present orthodontic treatment plans with clarity and enthusiasm, helping patients understand their options and feel confident about their care
- Guide financial conversations — including insurance breakdowns, out-of-pocket estimates, and flexible payment solutions
- Support the Orthodontist chairside during consultations by preparing forms, images, and case documentation
- Partner with Studio Managers and clinicians to ensure seamless scheduling, clinical flow, and case progression
- Use sound judgment and Tend tools to resolve patient questions or concerns in real time
- Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and align on case progress across the team
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and compliant environment across studio visits
- Participate in daily huddles to align on same-day cases and upcoming treatment needs
- Respond to patient inquiries with accuracy, warmth, and professionalism
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and exceptional service
