Requirements

  • 5+ years of back-office experience
  • Responsible for increasing business efficiencies within billing & Orion systems
  • Intense drive to ensure high quality and minimal customer escapes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Support other team members with their objectives and duties if needed
  • Ability to work with a team of people to accomplish a common goal
  • Flexible work schedule when experiencing high volumes
  • Must have outstanding customer service skills
  • Must be detailed oriented and problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion without immediate supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required
  • Experience using and strong competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

Responsibilities

  • Enter billing settings for new accounts for SAN
  • Set up held away and consolidated billing and verify the first billing was completed successfully
  • Entering missing data from custodian downloads
  • Creating new accounts
  • Importing alternative investment data
  • Responsible for weekly sync and rollup to the SAN leadership team
  • Creating Orion reports for the SAN sales teams
  • Provide support for special projects, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SalesForce (or equivalent CRM) and Orion preferred
