Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing system integration discussions and technical documentation of user and data driven workflows within the Film and Television industry
  • 5+ years experience software project delivery tools and methodologies
  • 5+ years working knowledge of media and content distribution workflows within the Film and Television industry
  • Comfortable managing change within a large cross function organization
  • Ability to make decision independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Up to 15% travel required, both domestic and international.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Ensure systems, workflows and business needs are aligned to ensure successful outcomes
  • Support and review technical documentation to support project related initiatives and ensure requirements are articulated and version controlled
  • Collect, track and communicate consolidated status for key project based initiatives within Original Content Operations
  • Provide stewardship for key business initiatives and new content types, software features and business milestones
  • Collaborate with Project DRIs to ensure consistent, accurate and timely status communications
  • Learn the inner workings of a original content platform, supply chain and its contributors
  • Design and generate reporting and operational metrics as necessary
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desire to contribute to and understand the organization’s vision for the future
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or SCRUM
  • Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
  • Collaborative, organized and a team player which will be necessary to achieve program oversight
  • College education within the fields of library science, computer science or engineering
