Requirements
- Masters degree with 5 years’ experience in change management and organizational development OR Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience in change management and organizational development
- Experience leading cross-divisional, large-scale change management and organizational development initiatives
- Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation
- Project management skills and experience team, and consulting skills and experience working collaborative in a diverse work group
- Consultative skills and negotiation skills
- Verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Analytical skills including methodologies and development of tools
- Leadership/management experience
Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership by delivering strategic organizational change solutions for complex, high-priority enterprise initiatives
- Align leaders and project stakeholders to accelerate successful outcomes on enterprise investments
- Build change leadership competencies across the organization
- Transform our operating model to help drive value, growth and improve the affordability of our products and services
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree
- Prosci, CCMP or other change management related certification
- Health insurance, healthcare industry or consulting experience
- Project management tools such as MS Project and / or Visio
