Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry.
- Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, nephrology or specialty medicine.
- Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrating a proven track record of closing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
- Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market, contributing to brand development and market expansion.
- Becoming a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing our company at the highest levels.
- Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is preferred.
