Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing order data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process, contributing to overall efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, inquiries, and any issues that may arise, ensuring clear and timely communication to enhance customer experience.
- Support the identification and resolution of order-related issues, such as discrepancies, delays, and errors, to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Help generate and maintain reports on order metrics and performance, providing insights to management for effective decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order execution and assist in addressing any challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices in order management.
- Participate in training sessions and support team members in understanding order management systems and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring that all order management activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining accurate documentation of processes and transactions.
- Help with the maintenance and improvement of order management systems and tools, ensuring they meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP.
