Requirements

  • Basic computer skills, especially proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring mandatory company compliance training is completed by set deadlines.
  • Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with potential for overtime when needed.
  • Be a reliable, punctual presence, which may include attending events outside of regular business hours.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders through email, phone, video conferencing, and in person.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in responding to team and client needs.
  • Take on other duties as needed, allowing you to learn more about the business and grow your skills.
