Requirements
- Minimum of ten (10) years of business operations experience in an airport setting
- Experience in developing workflows and plans to support operational readiness and transition activities for aviation facilities and supporting infrastructure
- Experience in development of Training Plans and Programs to support operational readiness and transition activities for aviation facilities and supporting infrastructure
- Experience in Familiarization planning and execution to support seamless and timely facilities handover and openings
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management or related fields; preferably with a concentration in training and development; Airport Operations; or related fields
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Office 365 is required
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, ORAT specific software and video training aides is also desirable
Responsibilities
- Developing ORAT workflows to support infrastructure management
- Developing Emergency Preparedness and Transition workflows and plans
- Developing Training Plans and Programs to support Original Equipment Manufacturer [OEM], Specialty Systems and in-house training as required
- Work with team members to actively contribute to the group to complete tasks, meet goals or manage projects
- Work as a team player, actively listening to coworkers, respect ideas and aim to improve the product or process at hand
- May assume other duties as required/needed
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years experience at a level within a similar role
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Proven team management skills with effective communication across functions
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices for airport systems
- Possess technical skills in project management, aviation operations, training, documentation, communications, and/or operational or technology testing
- Proven leadership and management capability is required
- Conducts business in a professional manner, keeping the client and projects at the forefront of every day priority
- Great written and oral communications skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills as well as time management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical and logical thinking required
