Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in conversion projects, ideally in SaaS cloud environments.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Customer to Meter (C2M), Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), and Meter Data Management (MDM) conversion methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Responsibilities
- Manager for end-to-end conversion projects for Oracle CCS, C2M, and MDM, ensuring seamless migration into Oracle cloud platforms.
- Help gather and analyze requirements to transform to data mappings and conversion development artifacts.
- Understand the data model and core functions that Oracle CCS and C2M.
- Manage tasks, set priorities and coordinate with different teams.
- Serve as a technical expert, and mentor for on and offshore teams navigating complex migration challenges.
- Work closely with the Technical Designer team to ensure the technical solutions align with the solution approach.
- Perform design, data mapping, development, test, mock planning, dress rehearsal execution and cutover support.
- Familiar with large data loads using Informatica, FBDI, Rest API, Oracle OIC, ODI and data profiling tools.
- Analyze current system architectures and design conversion strategies to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure high data integrity and performance.
- Keep growing your skills to keep up with the latest technology developments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP to Oracle conversion projects is highly desirable.
