Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience
- Experience in leading technical teams and providing mentorship
- Experience in Oracle Integration, Cloud Expertise, Middle and Integration Design, API Management and Development, Solution Architecture and/or Technical Leadership
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Responsibilities
- Leverage your expertise in OIC and construct robust solution architectures that are scalable and maintainable.
- Spearhead initiatives within the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) environment.
- Design and oversee the implementation of middle-tier and integration architecture, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity across various platforms.
- Create and manage APIs, playing a crucial role in the development and execution of integration solutions that meet the specific needs of the business.
- Devise strategic plans and guide your team through complex integration projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes and to stay abreast of the latest trends in integration strategies will be essential in driving innovation within the organization
- Oracle OIC Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Advanced Degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
- Excellent people management and relationship development skills
