Requirements
- Atleast 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Technical roles.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HCM extract, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience leading and mentoring teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical delivery for the Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation and other related modules.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and functional consultants to understand the business requirements and translate those into scalable technical solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for RICEF (reports, integration, conversion, extensions and fast formulas).
- Oversee data migration activities including HDL and spreadsheet loader.
- Design and develop Oracle HCM integrations using the tools like HCM extract, fast formula, BI publisher, OIC and REST/ SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
- Participate in release management, system upgrades, and patch testing.
- Work with Oracle support for SRs and enhancement requests.
- Support integrations with third-party applications (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting tools).
- Create and maintain technical documentation for reports, integrations and fast formulas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification
- Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence is a big asset
- Experience developing extensions with VBCS
- Knowledge of HR data privacy and compliance standards
