Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Financial modules: General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects, Grants
  • Experience with guiding and assisting clients through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation
  • Successful completion of three or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials
  • Ability to identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles
  • Ability to provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives
  • Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate
  • Experience optimizing client’s technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively
  • Exceptional knowledge of technology to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuously learn and share knowledge
  • Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS)
  • 7+ years working in a related field, either in professional services or industry
  • 3+ successful deployments of Oracle ERP Cloud Implementations
  • Oracle Cloud Financials expertise in General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting and Grants.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to identify and manage risk
  • Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking
  • Devise solutions to support clients’ needs through using the latest tools and methods
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery
  • Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
  • Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans
  • Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business
  • Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.
