Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting/finance or other Oracle EBS certification or relevant degree from an accredited university (OR) Five (5) years of related work experience/knowledge of automated information system implementation, financial management/accounting and/or providing user education or support for implemented computer systems.
  • Zero to Five (0-5) Years of IT experience
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2
  • Ability to obtain a Favorable Public Trust suitability determination (CoPT) and U.S. Citizenship.
  • Demonstrated functional knowledge of: Procure to Pay (P2P): Purchasing, Accounts Payable; Prospect to Order (P2O): Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Management; Order to Cash (O2C): Inventory, Accounts Receivable; Budget to Report (B2R): Federal Administrator, General Ledger.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, listening and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for complex Oracle ERP issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical system problems that lower-level support tiers cannot solve.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaborate with Oracle support and Jira development teams for escalated issues.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple high-priority tickets simultaneously.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to level 1 and 2 support staff.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and proactive maintenance.
  • Develop custom scripts in support of break fixes.
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle ERP features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.
  • Liaise between IT and business units to ensure alignment of Oracle ERP functionality with business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with integration to Oracle E-Business Suite and /or legacy systems
  • Experience in SQL and PL/SQL for database querying and troubleshooting
  • Prior experience in the DOD/Federal Government environment
  • Experience in supporting systems for Public Sector, Federal Civilian Government, and/or Department of Defense (DoD) customers
  • Team player with the ability to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
