Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of relevant OPIR experience or Master’s degree with 1 plus years of relevant OPIR experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
- Deliver all customer required training IAW customer requirements.
- Utilize experience with training analytic techniques, tools, methods/procedures and new approaches to analysis.
- Evaluate and checkout new mission management operations hardware/software for form, fit, and function.
- Experience supporting analysis of multiple training methods.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, instructional design, and/or training facilitation and delivery.
- Ability to provide constructive and targeted feedback on analytic tradecraft in writing, briefing, and critical thinking using the analytic standards and guidelines.
- Document results of system performance for purpose of version updates and version control.
- Demonstrate knowledge and direct substantial experience in delivering and applying the training, teaching approaches and evaluation methods.
Preferred Qualifications
- OPIR background and Doctorate in the technical domain.
- Certified in multiple positions for crew flexibility and filling in for mission needs.
