Requirements

Responsibilities
- Performs ophthalmic photography to document pathological findings and conditions
- Performs routine maintenance and repair of equipment used in the ophthalmic photography area
- Provides in-service education and orientation to ophthalmology Residents regarding the utilization of equipment and procedures
- Provides in-service training to familiarize medical photographers with ophthalmic anatomy, terminology, patient conditions, and disease processes
- Cleans photographic equipment with a germicidal detergent solution to ensure clean and sanitary conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained (Associate’s Degree = 2 years; Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years)
