Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of operational tasks for a moderately complex-to-complex process or functions
- Take accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure along with researching any issues that may arise
- Act as escalation point for less senior technicians for complex issues or transactions and provide training as needed
- Handle maintenance in the commercial loan space once it is booked in the system
- Work on complex credit requests, process roll-overs, rate changes, commitment changes, and clear bills on Signature, etc.
- Monitor a shared inbox and process miscellaneous requests
- Manage requests for loan history, modifications, creating manual statements, and ticklers
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree Preferred
- 3-5 years Office / Operations Preferred
