Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Train staff on new or revised procedures and inform them of changes
  • Maintain attendance and personnel records, responsible for interviewing, hiring, discipline of, and terminating employees
  • Prepare and administer employee reviews
  • Monitor work flow, production, and quality
  • Ensure timely processing of reports and respond to referrals
  • Process difficult/unusual claims and respond to complaints
  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures and provide annual reviews
  • Identify control strengths and weaknesses in processes and formulate revisions
  • Perform ongoing periodic reviews for process enhancements
  • Research and determine next-step actions to resolve issues
  • Submit system change requests and assist in system testing
