Requirements
- Experience in managing personnel, including training, hiring, and discipline
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflow and production
- Ability to monitor compliance with policies and procedures
- Analytical skills to review quality results and identify process improvements
- Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Train staff on new or revised procedures and inform them of changes
- Maintain attendance and personnel records, responsible for interviewing, hiring, discipline of, and terminating employees
- Prepare and administer employee reviews
- Monitor work flow, production, and quality
- Ensure timely processing of reports and respond to referrals
- Process difficult/unusual claims and respond to complaints
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures and provide annual reviews
- Identify control strengths and weaknesses in processes and formulate revisions
- Perform ongoing periodic reviews for process enhancements
- Research and determine next-step actions to resolve issues
- Submit system change requests and assist in system testing
