Requirements
- Ability to hire, train, and manage field service technicians

Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage field service technicians
- Develop and maintain relationships with Business Partners for additional labor support
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Address and resolve any employee issues or conflicts
- Ensure field service team follows all safety regulations and guidelines
- Develop and implement safety training for field service technicians
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through daily project communication and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Monitor and maintain service parts and equipment
- Coordinate with procurement team to order necessary supplies
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize waste
- Manage department and project budget
- Identify and implement cost saving measures
- Monitor expenses and ensure they are within budget guidelines
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for department
- Conduct regular in-the-field inspections and audits to ensure compliance
- Implement corrective actions as needed to improve service quality
- Prepare and present regular reports on project performance
- Communicate regularly with upper management on service operations and any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance
