Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage field service technicians
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Business Partners for additional labor support
  • Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Address and resolve any employee issues or conflicts
  • Ensure field service team follows all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Develop and implement safety training for field service technicians
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through daily project communication and addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Monitor and maintain service parts and equipment
  • Coordinate with procurement team to order necessary supplies
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize waste
  • Manage department and project budget
  • Identify and implement cost saving measures
  • Monitor expenses and ensure they are within budget guidelines
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for department
  • Conduct regular in-the-field inspections and audits to ensure compliance
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to improve service quality
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project performance
  • Communicate regularly with upper management on service operations and any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance
