Responsibilities

  • Provide support to retail stores with any operations related questions
  • Plan and perform process reviews
  • Test or monitor dealership related operations
  • Problem solve process concerns with retail leadership
  • Develop and manage documentation using multiple tools, including Microsoft Office, Sigma, Tableau, etc.
  • Analyze and/or create reporting to determine support opportunities
