Requirements
- 4-8 years of warehouse experience, preferred
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
- College degree preferred, high school diploma preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma process improvement preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of Group Leads and Associates.
- Ensures that all warehouse systems are ready and schedules and prioritizes the work that each Group Lead and team of Associates will complete.
- Monitors continually productivity and quality metrics including cycle times, lines per hour, shortages, damaged units, missed dispatches, and missed scans, among others.
- Determines the productivity or safety issue root cause and directs supervised staff on resolving the issue and maintaining operations.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve operations and mitigate risks within supervised team and broader warehouse operations.
- Conducts performance evaluations and provides one-on-one feedback to encourage Associates’ development.
- Participates in the interviewing and selection of new Associates and provides trainings during employee onboarding.
- Supports with trainings during employee onboarding.
- Identifies process improvement opportunities to develop projects.
- Leads one of our safety or VOE related committees.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-8 years of warehouse experience, preferred
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
