Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with the U.S. military as a senior NCO or Officer
- Experience working and briefing in a two- or three-star staff billet
- Experience providing mission and business recommendations on operational and headquarters functions
- Experience providing policy recommendations using scientific research and technical analysis
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Graduate of a Senior NCO course, Captain’s Career Course, or higher-level military education
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with thought leaders in the Force Protection community on the integration of urgent and emergent capabilities into Army formations
- Assist a U.S. Army client with analyzing and understanding capability gaps from UAS threats
- Prepare recommendations to the client regarding materiel and non-materiel solutions to close gaps
- Engage in the development of documents that address C-UAS capabilities and emergent sUAS threats
- Assist with integrating theater-specific training requirements and coordinate with operational commands, force providers and partner nations regarding C-sUAS, EW and Cyber training, equipment and resourcing
- Produce reports, information papers, briefings and other products for command leadership on sUAS threats, C-UAS, EW and Force Modernization to include materiel and non-materiel solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in United States Special Operations Forces
- Experience working on Cyber, Electronic Warfare, Force Modernization or C-UAS programs or activities
- Master’s degree
