- Associates Degree required
- Bachelors degree or higher preferred, in Social Work, Public Policy, or other related fields
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in the field. 2+ years of experience with direct supervisory or management experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the South Regions Employment Services team and providing effective methods in its business operations.
- Develop, interpret and implements company policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with these policies, prepares related reports and audits.
- Supports accurate management reporting, information flow and organizational planning.
- Manage the proper execution of standard operating procedures for the Employment Services operation.
- Lead a manager and supervisor team to achieve excellent contract performance, meaningful outputs, and adherence to stringent federal, state, county, and company objectives.
- Improves the operational systems and processes to support organizations and client’s goals.
- Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of support services.
- Establishes accountability practices and ensures measurable outcomes.
- Coordinates communication between support and business functions.
- Leads and directs the work of the South Regions Employment Services Unit. Including Supervisors, Leads and Employment Training Advisors.
- Responsible for the coordination of all project activities within project team, management and the client.
- Provides project management and leadership.
- Provides coaching, training, and development to direct staff.
- Analyzes quality and staff performance trends to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provides ongoing timely communication with leadership teams including senior staff from government agencies and other key stakeholders/organizations.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with the client.
- Ability to travel to all different regions based on business needs.
