Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience – ideally at a fast-paced startup or scale-up
- Previous experience with workflow automations (e.g Jira/Hubspot) is a must
- Hands-on experience with SQL is a must
- Proven experience gathering, interpreting and presenting data and the ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans
- Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across an organisation, gathering requirements to develop and deliver custom solutions and automations
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence: Identify, prioritise and solve problems, inefficiencies and opportunities in how teams work and collaborate.
- Cross-functional collaboration & project management: Drive cross-functional projects and engage with other teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data analytics & problem solving: Use self-sourced data to define, understand and solve problems, propose solutions, derive insights, drive decisions, implement solutions and measure results based on KPIs.
- Automate processes: Scope, develop and launch clever automations that scale throughout the business.
- Improve customer experience for smaller customers: Automate customer journey and build scalable solutions for customer problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Python is a plus
- Experience in financial services, fintech and business-to-business organisations is particularly interesting.
