Requirements
- 6+ years working in an environment that required analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g., fast-growing startup, consulting, finance, a 0 -> 1 business line at a high-performing organization)
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, including driving metric-based continuous improvement
- Demonstrated success in designing and scaling complex workflows
- Technical fluency and/or experience working with complex data (at minimum the role requires learning SQL and low-code tools)
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
- High NPS with your former teammates
Responsibilities
- Own critical operational functions, including performance management, process improvement, and daily execution
- Scale, manage, and mentor frontline operational teams while maintaining accountability for key outcomes
- Build systems, workflows, and training programs that improve quality and efficiency
- Use data to drive prioritization, solve problems, and identify opportunities for operational leverage
- Partner closely with engineering to scope and implement automation and AI-driven tools
- Deliver an exceptional patient and provider experience through reliable and scalable operations
- Work directly with the leadership team to inform business decisions and support company-wide growth
