Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; BA/BS degree preferred
- 3+ years relevant experience in project/program management, implementation, or related field
- Experience within Enterprise Print & Distribution required
- Proficient with SQL coding preferred
- Ability to lead projects
- Strong data management and technical skills
- Highly organized, able to work with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Express Scripts’ systems and platforms helpful
- Analytical and detail oriented with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to manage timelines and meet project deadlines
- PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and services helpful
- Knowledge in PCs, Internet, Windows and MS Office software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access and Visio)
- Experience with Messagepoint/Quadient/Open Text extreme or like tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Ability to think creatively and strategically design solutions within Modern Composition tools to create solutions to implement and enhance functionality within the tool-sets
- Able to support critical and complex initiatives with minimal assistance
- Collaboratively works across the organization to resolve issues and develop solutions. Prepare adhoc analysis as needed
- Participate in and support implementation of process improvements (e.g. best practices and quality improvement)
- Interface with IT/developers re: requirements from product, system enhancements
- Create and maintain process maps and SOP’s
- Create and maintain workflows, creation and coding of communication templates and program rules
- Monitoring of day- to- day production
- Triage and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred
