Operations Data Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases
Experience with data visualization tools like Shiny, Tableau, or PowerBI to communicate insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Solid foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management and operational teams
Deliver ad-hoc analyses for operational, commercial, and administrative projects
Build processes and procedures for proper analyses
Develop dashboards and metrics for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and IT, to ensure data accuracy and support decision-making
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Submit required DOT 14 CFR Part 234 Reports
Ensure underlying operational databases are complete, accurate, and consistent for full historical reporting and analyses
Analyze metrics related to departure completion, departure and arrival performance, block performance, fuel usage and other related metrics
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
