Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
  • A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered
  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, logistics, or related roles
  • Experience supporting technology-driven environments is an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint)
  • CRM experience required (Zoho preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational tasks, including order processing, project tracking, logistics, and deployment support
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, CRM records, and SharePoint files
  • Assist with invoicing coordination, procurement tracking, inventory reporting, and shipping schedules
  • Maintain accurate data within the CRM (Zoho) and ensure all operational information is properly recorded and accessible
  • Manage and organize project documents and workflows using Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Support operational reporting and dashboard maintenance
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic client inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and support hand-offs
  • Coordinate internal communication between sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify minor process gaps and recommend improvements to operational workflows
  • Support implementation of process changes in coordination with the Director of Operations
  • Assist in coordinating third-party logistics, vendor shipments, and installation scheduling
  • Support the broader Starlink team with meeting coordination, action item tracking, follow-ups, and special projects as assigned
  • Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned
