Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study.
- Relevant years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment commensurate with the level of this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Travel up to 20% to US Sites and Mexico
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
Responsibilities
- Supervise the development and alignment of our production and financial plans for our six North America manufacturing/operation centers
- Coordinate capital planning for our manufacturing and procurement operations
- Own the operational planning process by working with plant and operations management in the development of cost improvement initiatives over the 1-4 year planning horizon
- Support period financial close through variance analyses, standard cost reviews and analysis, account reconciliations and transactional reviews
- Provide financial and analytical support to Appleton leadership and Emerson staff as and when required
Preferred Qualifications
- +10 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Oracle ERP
- CMA Certification
