Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working in marketplace operations, customer success, logistics, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Extremely organized and highly motivated to work quickly and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and excellence in execution
- Strong follow-up and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fast learner, able to pick up new skills quickly across multiple functional areas
Responsibilities
- Quickly adapt and learn on the fly, supporting a wide range of functions across Sales, Operations, and Accounting as business needs evolve
- Maintain clean and up-to-date records by ensuring key deal information is accurately and promptly captured on our platform and other internal tools, including receiving reports, issue resolution statuses, shipment updates, and open action items
- Synthesize documentation from multiple stakeholders to create clear, accurate, and descriptive incident reports that ensure accountability for internal and external partners
- Communicate proactively and assertively across internal and external teams to drive issue resolution, clarify needs, and follow up on next steps
- Build processes and explore technical tools to support claims processing and ticket management
- Manage orders from start to finish, from learning buyer and seller preferences to ensuring orders are delivered in a timely and accurate manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced operations or retail environment is highly preferred.
