Responsibilities
- Streamline & Automate: Identify inefficiencies and manual processes across the company (Ops, Finance, HR, Legal, etc.). Design and implement automated workflows or tools (using AI) to save time and reduce errors.
- Build Internal Tools: Create and deploy AI-assisted tools that help teams make better, faster decisions and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with stakeholders company-wide to understand their needs and pain points. Lead cross-functional initiatives and secure buy-in for new processes or systems that benefit multiple teams.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor the impact of your solutions and continuously refine them. Establish best practices and documentation so improvements stick and scale across the organization.
- Get Trained at Speed: You will go through a curated onboarding program to learn the ins and outs of Rokt’s platform. This will involve doing the work that is manual today, to get the context on how to build automation to solve it. This is your foundation for acceleration.
