Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of commensurate experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite – MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/One Drive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, organization and project management skills
- Self-starter with aptitude to successfully balance multiple priorities
- Enthusiastic and versatile, with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects
- Develop / create materials to support business initiatives using a variety of tools (emails, slide decks, videos, etc.), partnering with the Internal Communications team as appropriate
- Provide general backup support for other team members
- Attend team meetings
- Prioritize workload appropriately to meet deadlines
- Perform special projects and general administrative duties as directed
- Look for ways to promote One JLL story telling
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of commensurate experience preferred
