Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university (preferably a degree in economics, business, finance, statistics or a related field)
- 0-2 years of experience in relevant field
- Advanced Excel skills (including vlookup, index/match, if-statements, visualization tools) required
- Tableau or similar experience required
- Basic SQL experience required
Responsibilities
- Manage data collection, measurement, and analysis for all aspects of the operations (e.g. analyzing systems, monitoring TATs across core functions, etc)
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze and manage production activities, inventory analysis and production levels
- Generate daily, monthly, and annual reports on sales and production metrics
- Fulfill ad-hoc research or analytics requests using proprietary data and external sources
- Identify patterns and generate actionable insights to facilitate key operational strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain KPIs to optimize workflow
- Identify and establish efficiencies to streamline operations
- Recommend improvements to maintain production integrity, consistency and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, production/manufacturing preferred
- Retool platform experience in API integrations and workflow creations preferred
- Experience with Python and working knowledge of common data management libraries is preferred
