Requirements
- Experience in application support and technical operations
- Experience in network and application monitoring and alarm systems
- Experience in the operation, tuning, and support of web-based service delivery
- Knowledge of infrastructure and digital platforms
- Ability to support shift work
- Ability to follow SOPs, proactively address critical risks, and make suggestions for process improvements
- Ability to clearly articulate issues, impact, and requests for assistance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Implements functional supports, that includes effective demonstration and intelligence analysis, to increase the clients’ satisfaction on target products through internal collaboration with R&D divisions
- Applies specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge
- Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Works independently with some guidance
- May review or guide activities of more junior employees
