Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a GTM strategy, operations, consulting, or equivalent role in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage directly with customers to test, validate, and refine strategic initiatives in real-world settings.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights and drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of an organization.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs that align with GTM priorities, including new market entry, organizational design, product commercialization, and sales/service model evolution.
- Program Design & Execution: Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. Define scope, timelines, success metrics, and governance structures for high-priority projects.
- Customer Validation: Collaborate directly with customers to test, validate, and iterate initiatives in real-world environments. Use customer feedback to refine approaches and ensure market fit.
- Executive Collaboration: Act as a thought partner to senior GTM leaders, bringing structure, clarity, and focus to ambiguous problems and fast-changing priorities.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes, tools, or operating models by aligning stakeholders, managing communications, and ensuring accountability.
- Insights & Decision Support: Work with analytics and business intelligence teams to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
