Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience will be considered. Additional years of experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills and able to work in a professional environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI
Responsibilities
- Communicating and interfacing with customers and Leidos Site Lead on issues and daily tasking.
- Providing Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely.
- Working with Active Directory and Exchange to create, modify and terminate accounts.
- Troubleshooting workstation, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Imaging, installing, and configuring workstations.
- Troubleshooting Windows 10 and above, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Working with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center and ServiceNow.
- Troubleshooting Citrix desktop visualization environment and thin client.
Preferred Qualifications
- DHS or other government contract experience.
- Experience working with Secureview.
- Understanding of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Domain Name System (DNS).
- Comfortable discussing technical information with users and other support personnel.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and IT concepts.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as an integral member of a team.
