Requirements

  • Possess at least 3 years experience & proven track record in working directly with partners either in business development or account management role
  • Experience in the mobile gaming industry
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing, mobile game publishing or mobile platforms and terminology (i.e. CPI, ARPPU, APK, etc.)
  • Have an understanding of the key players in the mobile market as well as what developers care about
  • Past experience working and partnering with developers
  • Ability bring a consultative sales approach to developers- specifically what do they care about, what are their hurdles, what do they respond well to, what are the motivational factors, etc.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, across various teams and nationalities.
  • Ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Direct communication with developers will be part of your role. You should be comfortable pitching to developers both during online calls as well as on the occasional conference or face to face meeting & cater your message to their needs.
  • Being able to manage various accounts, all in different stages of the sales Pipeline. From outreach to follow ups and check ins we want to make sure we stay actively involved with the conversion of our partners.
  • If your partner needs some help during onboarding or has a follow up question you should be able to either point them in the right direction or try to find a solution.
  • There is also accountability for post-sale/account management.
  • After a partner is onboarded we will try to optimize the performance of their games, spot new opportunities and assist other internal DT teams in doing the same.
  • We will assist our colleagues in converting existing partners to join ONE Store.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Global/international experience is a big plus
  • Previous experience working with a CRM (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
