Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • A working knowledge of Mathematics, English Comprehension, and computer knowledge as would normally be acquired through completion of an Associate of Arts Degree (AA) in Business Administration, or related area of study
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all components of on-site interviews, including schedule creation, hotel, and airfare
  • Utilize Workday to process all check requests including travel reimbursements, sign-on bonus, relation allowance, residency stipends and all other related expenses
  • Coordinates comprehensive onboarding processes for newly recruited providers
  • Works collaboratively with Medical Office Staff and Provider Enrollment to help facilitate licensing requirements, DEA registrations and other regulatory documentation
  • Create and manage personalized onboarding schedules
  • Coordinates orientation activities with relevant departments, ensuring workspace, equipment and system access are properly prepared
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for provider during transition, providing clear and timely communication
  • Create and manage accurate tracking of onboarding progress
  • Identify and resolve all onboarding challenges proactively
  • Collect feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • An Associate’s degree in Business or related field is preferred
