Requirements
- Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage, fine dining experience is preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
Responsibilities
- Serve the guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
- Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
- Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
- Expected to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
