Oil and Gas Account Lead – Contaminated Sites/ Restoration

10 to 15 years of experience in the oil and gas market with respect to Contaminated Sites/Restoration
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Geotechnical) and/or Geoscience. Qualified Professional status expected with respect to Contaminated Sites Programs and/or Engineering Services
P.Eng and/or P.Geo., with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) regulator required

Responsible for one to multiple client account teams, expanding business development opportunities and client relationships to strategically grow Arcadis’ oil and gas portfolio
Coordinate with other Arcadis’s business lines to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and grow the business
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by crafting and delivering tailored solutions for Contaminated Sites/Restoration
Lead teams in preparing winning proposals and delivering successful presentations
Negotiate critical issues with clients, potential teaming partners, and subconsultants
Oversee the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure the delivery of quality services and deliverables within project schedules
Develop scope and cost proposals for task orders and projects
Contribute to the strategic growth, planning, and support of various key market initiatives throughout the region
Support the development of junior and mid-level staff
Provide technical input on projects
Travel to project sites and client meetings as required

5 to 10 years of relevant sales and account management experience
Client/project management experience on environmental and/or engineering projects of various sizes
