Requirements
- A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
- A minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn required business
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Administrative Assistant.
- Act as conduit between managers and the legal team during the contracts review process.
- Manage assigned contracts including, but not limited to, Verizon, Staples, Pitney Bowes, FedEx, Cannon, etc.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents and presentations, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining both electronic and physical files.
- Enforce company policies and security procedures are maintained at the front desk.
- Support general office operations, including inter-office communication, responding to phone and email inquiries, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
- Establish and maintain organized filing systems, contact lists, and databases.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing materials, sending invitations, and arranging catering as needed.
- Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
