Responsibilities

  • Ensure employees have access to essential office services and resources, including catering, office supplies, and workstations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage office space, including seating arrangements, conference room usage, and ensuring that the physical space aligns with company needs and policies.
  • Serve as the central point of communication for all office-related inquiries and issues. Provide timely and clear communication regarding office policies, events, and updates.
  • Plan and execute company-wide and department-specific events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with People Experience and Business Unit leaders.
  • Manage the scheduling and reception of visitors and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including arranging office setup, orientation, and welcoming initiatives.
  • Support the Director of Global People Experience in implementing people-centric initiatives and workplace culture programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and employees, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
  • Ensure that the office environment reflects the company’s brand and culture by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and collaborative space.
  • Work in close partnership with the Office Facilities Supervisor to ensure the office is well-maintained and to identify any employee needs regarding the physical workspace.
  • Assist with tracking office-related expenditures and assist in managing the office budget to stay within established limits.
  • Continuously assess and recommend improvements to office processes and services to enhance the employee experience.
