Requirements
- Education – College degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with business office functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Skills and experience in writing documents
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail with project management and organization skills
- Advanced knowledge of Windows
- MUST be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel a must)
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Fremont, CA
Responsibilities
- Responsibility includes managing and supervising all front desk/clerical personnel including scheduling, assignment, direction, performance review (including input on pay adjustments), hiring and discipline consistent with company policy.
- Ensures employee files are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Works with the General Manager to fully understand operating results and trends.
- Diligently works toward the completion of special projects, request, and assignments as appropriate.
- Serves as the “manager-on-duty” on an as-needed basis which requires regular and predictable attendance in the office.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
- Must abide by all company policies as contained in the company employee handbook.
