Responsibilities
- Managing vendor relationships and acting as the main point of contact for office-related services and supplies
- Ordering, tracking, and organizing office supplies to ensure departments are always equipped
- Drafting and maintaining office schedules, including front desk coverage and administrative support assignments
- Receiving, sorting, and responding to incoming mail, email, and deliveries
- Assisting with general office upkeep, organization, and cleanliness standards
- Coordinating dealership-wide communications and distributing internal memos
- Supporting department leaders with clerical tasks, filing, and document preparation
- Helping onboard new employees with office setup and administrative orientation
- Handling special projects and miscellaneous tasks to support overall dealership operations
- Other duties as assigned by site leader
