Requirements

  • Entry level to 1+ year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Ability and desire to work independently, with strong follow through skills, bias for action.
  • High desire to offer excellent customer service in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • The ability to anticipate the needs of the office, multitask, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft.

Responsibilities

  • Support opening and closing of the office by arriving at 7:30am and departing at 4:30pm.
  • Receive and direct visitors and support the onboarding of new employees from a Facilities standpoint.
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings, troubleshoot AV & conferencing systems as needed, and maintain cleanliness in all conference rooms.
  • Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and organization.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail & parcels on an as needed basis.
  • Assist with onboarding vendors and vendor management on an as needed basis.
