Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an Office clerk required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational, time management and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist policyholders.
- Help agents with licensing, underwriting notifications, policyholder information to process new and future business.
- Communicate with Home Office personnel regarding policy status, underwriting notifications, claims status, and other important policyholder and agency information/actions are also required.
